Students, Academic Faculty and Staff must have a current and valid Academic ID from any high school, college or university. In order to receive the Academic pricing please follow these simple steps:
1. Email a copy of your Academic ID and your driver's license or other government issued picture ID to: academic@realestatefinancialmodeling.com
2. Create a REFM user account (if you have not already done so)
When your Academic status has been verified by our staff, you will receive an email stating that your REFM Account is enabled for Academic pricing. Please allow 48 hours for verification of your Academic status.
Once you receive the email notification, log back in to the site. You will notice that Academic pricing for ALL Products and Live Group Training Sessions is now available to you. Add the desired Products to your Cart and then proceed to checkout.
